Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) and Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs)

We welcome both Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) and Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs). Job Description As a clinician at Bright Achievements, you will provide evidence-based mental health services to children, adolescents, and families. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, support behavioral and emotional goals, and monitor client progress. Clinicians will engage with families, schools, and other providers to ensure continuity of care while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards. This position is ideal for clinicians seeking professional growth, including those with Limited Permits (LAC) who will receive supervision, as well as fully licensed LPCs seeking to expand their practice within a dynamic clinical environment.
