Production Associate

Job Description Production Associate – Ron's Staffing Location: Franklin Park Pay Rates: 2nd Shift: $18.00 per hour 3rd Shift: $19.00 per hour Position Summary Ron's Staffing is seeking dependable and motivated Production Associates to work in a manufacturing environment in Franklin Park, Illinois. Employees will support production operations, material handling, quality inspections, packaging, and general warehouse duties. Successful candidates must be safety-conscious, dependable, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform production and manufacturing tasks as assigned Assemble, package, and label products according to company specifications Conduct visual quality inspections to ensure product standards are met Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety policies and procedures Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility Operate equipment and machinery after proper training Meet daily production goals and productivity standards Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members Report quality, safety, or production issues to management Qualifications Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed Strong attendance and punctuality Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Must be authorized to work in the United States Must meet all customer and company onboarding requirements Physical Requirements Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift Occasional bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting Ability to work in a production environment Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Safety glasses are required while working in designated production areas.
