Experience with Codex or Claude Code (preferred)
Familiarity with accounting under Statutory, U.S. GAAP, or Economic bases (preferred)

Winning Together: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships within the team and across the organization. Effectively collaborates with stakeholders and is able to translate complex ideas into easily understandable concepts for non-technical stakeholders to accomplish common business goals.
Driving success: Drives team performance toward goals and provides training and development to immediate team members. Serves as a significant resource and mentor to others on the actuarial team. Establishes clarity, sets ambitious goals, and champions execution with purpose and urgency.
Improvement Mindset: Acts independently to research, identify, assess, and recommend methods and procedures on new assignments.
