Product Manager - Healthcare Automation
Salary: $75,000 – $95,000
A fast-growing healthcare automation company delivering innovative hardware and software solutions that help improve efficiency, accuracy, and profitability. Our platform combines advanced automation equipment with cloud-based analytics and workflow optimization tools to transform operations.
Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and versatile Product Manager to help define, build, and scale our portfolio of automation solutions. This role sits at the intersection of hardware, software, and customer workflows , requiring both technical understanding and strong business acumen.
You will work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, operations, and customers to bring innovative solutions to market and continuously improve existing products.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and ongoing optimization
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from customers, sales, and internal stakeholders
- Translate business needs into clear product specifications and development roadmaps
- Partner with engineering teams on both hardware (automation equipment) and software (cloud platform, analytics, dashboards)
- Define product strategy aligned with company growth goals and market needs
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis within automation and healthcare tech
- Collaborate with sales and marketing on go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging
- Analyze product performance, user feedback, and operational data to drive continuous improvement
- Support customer implementations and ensure product-market fit in real-world workflows
Qualifications
- 3–6+ years of experience in Product Management (or related role)
- Experience working with technical products (software, SaaS, or hardware preferred)
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
- Familiarity with Agile or similar product development methodologies
Nice to Have:
- Experience in healthcare, or regulated industries
- Exposure to IoT, automation, or connected hardware systems
- Experience with data analytics or business intelligence tools
