You will manage projects from planning and initiation through completion, including defining project scope, developing schedules and budgets, coordinating resources, tracking progress, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within established requirements. You will manage work orders, help procure materials, establish preventative maintenance programs, support capital projects, ensure compliance with building and accessibility requirements, and collaborate with campus stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly.
