Sales Representative - Grocery

Requisition ID: 39029 Coors Distributing Company (#CDC) is one of the nation’s leading beer and beverage distributors based in Denver, CO. It is the critical link between our suppliers and the retail outlets, restaurants, and bars where our beverages are sold. As a wholly owned subsidiary of Molson Coors Beverage Company and a company‑owned distributor, we are one of the largest single-site distributors in the country, serving 4,500+ accounts with 16 million cases annually. Responsibilities Execute monthly sales plans and drive sales volume for all CDC products in assigned chain accounts. Plan, distribute, and track sales objectives and inventory to minimize out‑of‑stocks and maintain product integrity. Develop presentations, sales data, proposals, and display opportunities to support sales goals. Maintain continuous knowledge of market trends nationally and locally. Establish and maintain professional customer relationships through a daily call schedule. Resolve customer matters quickly and identify opportunities for growth within assigned territories. Collaborate with retailers to ensure displays comply with company standards and conduct routine inventory and quality compliance checks. Adhere to all federal, state, local regulations, CDC, and Molson Coors policies; attend meetings and follow operational procedures. Understand and comply with Quality Assurance guidelines and maintain proper rotation schedules. Maintain a company vehicle, tools, and equipment; be available after hours, including nights and weekends as needed. Key Qualifications High school education or GED. Minimum 1 year of sales experience; consumer product industry experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Effective problem‑solving skills with limited guidance in a fast‑paced environment. Demonstrated leadership, business knowledge, and ability to envision a successful sales program. Knowledge of the three‑tiered distribution system is preferred. Valid Colorado driver’s license; MVR within Molson Coors guidelines. Ability to pass a physical abilities test (lifting up to 35 lbs).
