About the Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join a growing beverage manufacturing and distribution operation in Fort Myers, Florida. This facility specializes in beverage production, packaging, warehousing, and fulfillment services, supporting customers throughout the industry.

This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy a fast-paced warehouse environment and are comfortable operating forklifts, handling inventory, loading and unloading trucks, and working as part of a team to meet daily production and shipping goals.

Candidates must be willing to work 12-hour shifts , stay until the day's project is completed, and work overtime when business needs require it.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks safely and efficiently
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
• Move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory
• Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse organization
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and fulfillment operations
• Ensure products are handled safely and accurately
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse best practices
• Support production and warehouse teams as needed to complete daily projects

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift operation experience required
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout a 12-hour shift
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Dependable work ethic and consistent attendance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment
• Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position
• 3 Days On / 4 Days Off Schedule
• 12-Hour Shifts
• Must be willing to stay until assigned projects are completed
• Overtime available and may be required based on production demands

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Myers, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
