Security Site Supervisor

Overview Site Supervisor – Location: St Louis, MO 63104; Pay: $25 per hour; Employment Type: Full-Time; Schedule: Monday-Friday 2:30 pm - 11:30 pm. This entails communicating with internal and external team members to meet their needs effectively Supervisors are responsible for the leadership, well-being, training, and, if need be, partnering with management for the discipline of the guards/officers they supervise Supervisors will need to learn, understand, and enforce company policies and procedures Supervisors will work closely with their Operations Manager and the Vice President of Operations Supervisors will respond in a timely manner to all emails, phone calls, texts, and any other means of communication Qualifications The willingness to learn constantly Not afraid to ask questions to better the guards, the company, or themselves Strong Leadership skills Confident with the use of Microsoft Office Excellent written and verbal communication skills Has the ability to multitask Good interpersonal skills Is flexible and possesses quick-thinking skills The ability to work well with a team while accomplishing personal goals Position Requirements 5-10 years of supervisory experience A clean driving record (able to pass DMV Check) Prior Military or Law Enforcement Experience (preferred) Must possess a valid Driver’s License and a working smartphone Computer proficiency (Microsoft, Excel, Word, report writing, etc.) Customer service experience is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
