Civilian Personnel Programs DivisionPlans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Civilian Personnel Programs Division ensuring civilian personnel programs, staff members and servicing personnel offices comply with legal and regulatory requirements in the advisory services provided and operations meet the customer service needs of the varied command customers.Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Advises and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management.Represents the Civilian Personnel Division with a variety of command, installation and functional area organizations. Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with command leadership and management officials at all levels.Serves as a command level action officer on a wide range of HR functions. Provides program operations, technical guidance, and management advisory services across AFDW and SAF/AA (labor).Completes additional projects and initiatives either self-determined or presented to the staff by leadership and represents the A 1/the command at a variety of efforts/events.
