About the Role:
At Exciting Travel Now, we believe every great trip begins with genuine care. As a Customer Care Travel Advisor, you’ll be the friendly voice that helps clients feel confident, informed, and excited about their upcoming journeys.
What You’ll Do:
Provide clear, professional communication to clients before, during, and after travel.
Answer destination and booking questions with accuracy and warmth.
Offer solutions quickly and kindly when issues arise.
