What You’ll Need to Succeed: Valid New York State Medical License in hand Minimum of 3 years recent dermatology clinical experience Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system Ability to manage a patient load of 25-35 patients per day Current BLS certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility and adaptability in scheduling and patient care Nice to Have Skills: Experience performing minor dermatological surgeries Prior experience supporting dermatology clinics in different settings Additional certifications or specialized training in skin care Preferred Education and Experience: MD or DO degree with dermatology residency training Board-eligible or board-certified in dermatology Prior experience working in busy outpatient dermatology practices Other Requirements: Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Support staff ratio of one support personnel (LPN, RN, MA) per 12 patients Willingness to support Clifton Springs Dermatology and provide flexible coverage as needed Emergency privileges available upon credentialing Support for minor surgeries a plus, if interested Capitalize on this fantastic opportunity with highly competitive hourly pay of $267.54, weekly direct deposit pay schedule, comprehensive benefits including medical coverage, paid sick leave, reimbursements for licensure, certification, travel, and more.
