About Direct Staffing LLC
Direct Staffing LLC is a growing staffing agency specializing in light industrial, manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, and administrative staffing solutions throughout Southern California.
We are seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Manager with a proven track record in staffing sales to help expand our footprint in Ontario, Riverside, Fontana, and Los Angeles.
This is not an entry-level sales role. We are looking for someone who understands the staffing industry, knows how to develop new business, and can build long-term client relationships.
Position Summary
The Regional Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving new business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and increasing revenue across multiple Southern California territories.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives on building relationships, opening new accounts, and growing a territory.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and secure new staffing clients throughout Southern California.
- Develop relationships with manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, distribution, and administrative clients.
- Conduct in-person sales calls, networking, and client presentations.
- Generate new business through cold calling, referrals, and market development.
- Negotiate staffing agreements and service contracts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure successful order fulfillment.
- Identify growth opportunities and market trends.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
- Represent Direct Staffing LLC professionally within the community and industry.
Qualifications
Required:
✔ Minimum of 3 years of staffing industry experience .
✔ Minimum of 3 years of business development or outside sales experience within staffing .
✔ Proven track record of bringing on new business and growing accounts.
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple territories.
✔ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
✔ Ability to travel throughout Ontario, Riverside, Fontana, and Los Angeles.
Preferred:
✔ Existing relationships within manufacturing, logistics, distribution, or warehouse industries.
✔ Bilingual English/Spanish.
✔ Experience selling temporary staffing, temp-to-hire, and direct hire services.
