Hotel Operations Assistant

Join our dynamic team at Marriott Hotels as a Hotel Operations Assistant, where you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth and efficient running of our esteemed property. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the General Manager in daily hotel operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction

- Coordinate with various departments such as front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance to ensure seamless communication and operations

- Support the implementation of hotel policies, procedures, and standards to maintain operational excellence

- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and promptly

- Assist in managing staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations

- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, revenue management, and cost control initiatives

- Contribute to the planning and execution of special events and promotions within the hotel

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in hotel operations or hospitality management preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- A professional demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction and team collaboration
