Facility: Administrative Regional Training Cntr Shift: Shift 1 Status: Full Time FTE: 1.000000 Bargaining Unit: ACE Associates Exempt from Overtime: Exempt: Yes Work Schedule: Days Hours: 8-4 Job Summary The Administrator, Corporate & Physician Enterprise Property Management is responsible for managing and coordinating property management services to support all CH ministries, including the Trinity Medical Practices within the Catholic Health Physician Enterprise. The position ensures exceptional service delivery, completes property management initiatives, and maintains daily contact with real estate stakeholders and all levels of CH management. The Administrator implements system-wide property management policies, interprets NYS real property law, Catholic directives, DOH regulations, and not-for-profit law, and facilitates physician lease agreements and service agreements. The Administrator coordinates property management services across WNY practice offices and serves as a key liaison for 3rd‑party requests, ensuring accurate, timely delivery within project timelines. Education Bachelor's degree (property management, business, legal studies/paralegal preferred) Associate's degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience in the field (required) Experience Minimum of four (4) years managing complex corporate property portfolios, including property management, healthcare law, not-for-profit law, and real property acquisitions Budget management, planning, and decision making Leadership of project initiatives with demonstrated contract analysis experience Knowledge, Skill and Ability Real property lease interpretation, evaluation, and preparation Building management practices Confidentiality with sensitive information Critical thinking, multitasking, organization, and attention to detail Strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills Excellent communication skills for all management levels Ability to work with all levels of associates Preparation of accounting and statistical reports for the Director of CH Corporate & Physician Enterprise Real Estate Proactive and open relationships with all ministries and management Knowledge of business, real estate, and property management contracts Leadership, appearance, attitude, and communication Self‑motivated teamwork and good judgment in risk assessment Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access Independent work with minimal support Maintenance of computerized accounting system General office practices and equipment Responsive to tenant requests and complaints Familiarity with healthcare functions, operations, and support systems Research and analytical skills Policy interpretation and application related to property management Mathematical computation accuracy (ratio, percent, proration) Accurate data recording and interpretation Clear verbal and written communication Following written and oral instructions Effective task organization and deadline adherence Superior customer service delivery Prioritization of multiple projects within limited timelines Valid NYS driver's license and travel between CHS organizations Working Conditions Travel between all Catholic Health Physician Enterprise (CH and Captive PC) locations Travel to potential new leased sites, municipalities, external attorney offices, and landlord offices Environment Normal office conditions: heat, light, space, and safe environment typical of most office jobs #J-18808-Ljbffr
