She can help you explore open roles, apply, and answer your questions in real time.The Learning Program Manager role is responsible for assessing the learning needs of the business, creating learning programs using adult learning principles and a variety of learning techniques, working with stakeholders to form the content within the learning journey, and continuously evaluating and improving the learning program to achieve high levels of efficiency and effectiveness.This role is the owner from end to end of specific learning program(s), primarily focused in professional and leadership development, and is accountable to ensure the learning experience is relevant and timely. This requires the Learning Program Manager to stay closely connected with the business and the roles/skills within the business, anticipate changing demands and needs from the business, and manage relationships with stakeholders to build and maintain credibility. This role reports to the Manager of Learning & Development.Key ResponsibilitiesConsult with the business to identify the skills needed for today and in the future for the business; conduct needs assessments, skill and knowledge mappingCreate, implement, and continuously improve learning programs focused on specific roles/skills within the business, using adult learning principles, diverse learning modalities, and the pragmatic needs of the businessPartner with SMEs in the business to create relevant and timely learning programs that improve leadership skills across the organizationEvaluate effectiveness of learning programs using Kirkpatrick’s evaluation model, and augment the program to achieve improved resultsMonitor progress and completions of participants through the learning program, identifying solutions to any barriers in successful completionRequirementsMinimum 3-5 years in Learning & Development, focused on adult learningMinimum 1-3 years of leadership development experienceExperience in instructional design, program and curricula developmentExpertise in learning and program evaluationKnowledge of adult learning principles, learning best practices and innovationExperience designing and delivering learning in a variety of modalitiesLearning technology and management system experience preferredStrong collaboration and influence skillsOrganized with strong time management and prioritization skillsHigh sense of accountability and assertivenessStrong communication skillsProcess oriented with a focus on executionWhat you can expect from us:Competitive Compensation - Including performance-based bonuses that reward your contributions.Comprehensive Benefits Package - Medical, dental, vision, parental leave, 401(k) with company match and more.Generous Time Off – Enjoy PTO based on tenure, 13 paid holidays and 1 floating holiday.Ongoing Learning and Development - Quarterly summits, town hall meetings and continuous training to support your professional growth.A Culture that Celebrates You - We believe in collaboration, recognition and having fun while doing important work.This summary is not an all-inclusive description of job duties.
