Plumb Cents, LLC is seeking a Journeyman Plumber to deliver high-quality plumbing services and help keep residential and commercial systems operating safely and efficiently.
Position SummaryThe Journeyman Plumber is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems according to applicable codes and established best practices. This role performs skilled plumbing work, troubleshoots issues, and ensures installations are completed accurately, safely, and on schedule.
In a hybrid work environment, you will work closely with team members and job site stakeholders to complete projects efficiently while maintaining strong workmanship standards and clear communication throughout each job.
Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and related components in accordance with applicable codes and safety requirements.
Diagnose plumbing problems and implement effective solutions, including replacing worn or faulty parts as needed.
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and job specifications to complete work accurately.
Perform routine inspections and quality checks to ensure systems function properly and meet required standards.
Maintain job site cleanliness, follow safe work practices, and document work completed as required.
Journeyman-level plumbing experience with strong hands-on skills in plumbing installation and repair.
Knowledge of plumbing codes, standards, and safe work practices.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, diagrams, and technical instructions.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing plumbing system issues.
Commitment to professional conduct, punctuality, and effective communication on job sites.
Experience working on residential and light commercial plumbing projects.
Familiarity with common plumbing system layouts and components, including drainage, supply, and fixtures.
Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration and quality expectations.
Strong attention to detail and a focus on workmanship and customer-ready outcomes.
Hourly rate: $25.00 - $30.00
