Our mission has never been more important than it is today.The Marketing Associate partners cross-functionally with creative, operations, compliance, and technical teams to ensure that marketing campaigns and digital experiences are effectively developed, accurately executed, and continuously optimized. The role requires sound judgment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. The Marketing Associate exercises discretion in coordinating workflows, identifying process improvements, and ensuring alignment with organizational standards and objectives, while maintaining accountability for the quality and performance of assigned marketing deliverables.Supervisory Responsibilities: NoDuties/Responsibilities:Set up and monitor A/B tests; report on findings and recommendations to improve the website KPIsHelp QA websites for test launches and site changesSupport making site updates across web properties, and work with technical teams/developers to problem solve any issuesCompile website and campaign reports (ad hoc and weekly/monthly) and analyze the data to make data informed recommendationsSubmit campaign set up requests to marketing operations teamBuild campaign matrices across audiences and segmentsQA marketing campaigns across email, SMS, TV and other channelsWrite creative briefs and open tickets for the creative teamManage the creative process end-to-end through compliance reviewCompile and prepare decks for compliance submissionsBuild and maintain an organic social media content calendarSchedule and publish social content across relevant platformsOther duties as assignedRequired Skills/Abilities:Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related roleFamiliarity with project management tools like Monday.com and JIRAFamiliarity with content management systemsExperience with A/B testing tools and web analytics platforms like Heap and VWOStrong attention to detailComfortable working cross-functionallySolid written and verbal communication skillsAbility to juggle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environmentExperience in a regulated industry (financial services, healthcare, insurance) a plusKnowledge of marketing campaign set up and platforms a plusPhysical Requirements:Must be able to remain in a stationary position (e.g., sitting or standing) for extended periods of time, typically in a cubicle environment (constant noise, fluorescent overhead lighting)Frequent use of a computer, dual monitors, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment such as a telephone, copier, and printer.Must be able to communicate effectively, including exchanging information in person, in writing, by telephone, email or video conferencing.Visual and auditory acuity required to perform job duties effectively, including reading, writing, and interpreting information on screens or in print.Hand dexterity, fine motor skills needed to operate a keyboard and mouse efficientlyReach with hands and arms occasionallyFor Hybrid Roles:Must be able to commute to an office setting as required, which may include walking short distances and navigating an office environment.Occasionally moves about the office to access files, office machinery, and meet with others.Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) is a fundamental principle at HealthPlanOne, where employment is based upon personal capabilities and qualifications.
