Job TitleJob Requirements:Experience: 2 years of outpatient clinic experienceCA LVNCerts: BLS (AHA or ARC only), IV, and Blood withdrawalHard Stops: EPIC, Sterile field, EVLT, vein ablation, venipunctureJob Details:Shift: 3x8 between 0700-1800. Will start as Monday-Wednesday. As caseload builds, could increase to 4x8 or 5x8 with additional weekday work.Weekend REQ: NoFloating REQ: Yes, both internally and externally to other specialty clinics (rare)On-Call REQ: NoPending license: NO, must be active at time of submissionNO SCHEDULING REQUESTS CAN BE ACCOMMODATED.
