Working with leader to set restaurant goals and building plans to achieve them. Leading a team of Department Managers, helping them set goals, following up, and providing mentoring and direction. Hiring, training, and developing Department and Shift Managers. Requirements Previous General Manager experience running high volume locations. Background in quick service restaurants strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail. Must be 18 years or older.
