Summary Commission Sales Associate responsible for selling men's merchandise on the retail floor, building client relationships, and delivering personalized customer service. The role emphasizes meeting individual sales targets and maximizing commission through consultative selling. This part-time position requires flexibility to work peak retail hours, including evenings and weekends. Responsibilities Greet and engage customers to understand needs and recommend merchandise.
