Travel Rehab Nursing IRF jobs at PeaceHealth Sacred Heart Medical Center in Eugene, OR let you provide direct care to adults and geriatric patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, trauma, and orthopedic conditions in a 42-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to restore patient independence and function, using Epic electronic medical record (EMR) and Pyxis medication dispensing systems.You must have an active Oregon RN license, current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and at least 1 year of recent RN experience in inpatient rehabilitation or medical-surgical nursing. Epic EMR experience is required. Long-term care experience is not accepted.
