The Project Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of projects, from initial bid submission to final installation and closeout. By managing critical business functions—including engineering, procurement, logistics, and commissioning—this role directly contributes to operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and financial success. The Direct Project Manager serves as a key liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders, ensuring that every project aligns with our strategic vision and meets the high standards of Tarkett Sports. Responsibilities Oversee project lifecycles, including bid submission, production, installation, and closeout. Ensure engineering designs progress from concept to construction. Manage procurement, vendor negotiations, and material forecasting. Supervise commissioning activities, including inspections, testing, and final approvals. Maintain strong relationships with Owners, Contractors, Architects, and suppliers. Ensure financial health by maintaining or improving project margins. Lead FieldTurf personnel development through performance metrics and training initiatives. Uphold professionalism and compliance with the Tarkett Code of Ethics. Directly supervise the Project Administrator and lead a department responsible for project execution and operational success. Adhere to safety policies and report any concerns; support company goals through team collaboration. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Strong project management expertise in construction or related fields. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Effective problem‑solving and ability to navigate high‑paced environments. Technical proficiency and organizational skills. Ability to meet deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.
