Supervise and mentor junior electricians and apprentices. Conduct safety inspections and assessments of electrical systems. Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries. Manage project timelines and ensure efficient workflow. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in electrical work. Requirements Valid Master Electrician license in Texas. Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical work, preferably in residential services. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex electrical issues. Customer‑focused attitude with a commitment to service excellence.
