Onboarding Coordinator

iCare Health Network is currently seeking an Onboarding Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for completing background check screenings in accordance with company policy, including ABCMS, Research Services and OIG searches.
• Collect employee application packages and accurately screen for completeness of all required documents.
• Ensure compliance with USCIS Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification.
• Create new hire personnel files, ensuring all required documentation is completed and collected.
• Responsible for data entering candidate activity in the applicant tracking system.
• Assist with centralized new hire orientation.

*In person attendance in the office is an essential job function of this position

Qualifications

• At least one years of experience working in HR or recruitment field, required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, required.
• Strong computer skills, required.
• Exceptional customer service skills, both in person and over the phone, required.
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with company managers and staff, required.
• Experience with recruiting in the health care industry preferred, but not required.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System for recruitment preferred, but not required.
• Experience using HRIS, preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidential information, required.

Compensation & Benefits
