Sr Consultant, Early Adopters

Senior Early Adopter Consultant This role supports Core Teams and SDS Teams by identifying success criteria for new product releases, securing appropriate early‑adopter customers to validate those criteria, managing customer engagements, and closing out engagements at project completion. Responsibilities Partner with a Readiness Consultant to define the Early Adopter rollout strategy for a new product, including environment setup, partner selection, release decision (LCR vs. Graduated GA), and hardware/software considerations. Facilitate Core Team alignment and approval on project success criteria, target customer demographics, training, and service milestones. Track and report progress against success criteria throughout the project lifecycle. Manage customer contracting, serve as the primary customer contact, coordinate implementation resources, and gather marketing feedback. Identify and address product or process barriers; conduct regular check‑ins with Early Adopter customers, ensuring Core Team/BD participation and documentation. Monitor contract expiration/extension requirements. Drive project close‑out, including assignment of earned credits to customers. Required Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years experience in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Life Sciences. Two or more years of new product introduction experience. Experience in customer service or account management in a healthcare setting. Understanding of medication management processes in U.S. and Canadian hospitals and health systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project), Jira, and Confluence. Strong project and time‑management, problem‑solving, listening, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel 25–30% for in‑person meetings. Preferred Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or STEM disciplines.
