Performs a variety of semiskilled duties in the areas of painting and plumbing. Develop knowledge of common mechanical systems such as fluid control, hydraulics, pneumatics, gas, vacuum, heating, cooling, welding, and conveyance. Work under close supervision while developing foundational skills. Will provide entry level maintenance support.Key ResponsibilitiesAlways follow safety procedures, including lock out-tag out and confined space.Common area and event waste removal, floor cleaning, lighting issues, furniture setup and clean up.Operates light trucks and assorted power equipment.
