Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for our clients, answering questions and providing guidance with a friendly attitude.
• Review existing policies regularly to ensure our clients have the right protection for their changing lives.
• Prepare and present quotes from our network of carriers to find the best balance of coverage and value.
• Manage the renewal process from start to finish, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
• Collaborate with the rest of our office to improve our internal processes and client experience.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, and billing inquiries with precision and care.

Requirements

• Active Property Casualty insurance license in Arizona.
• Three or more years of experience managing personal or commercial insurance accounts.
• Deep familiarity with insurance carrier portals and agency management systems.
• Clear, empathetic, and professional communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail for policy renewals and coverage verification.
• A genuine desire to help people navigate the complexities of their insurance needs.
