What You'll Do

As Executive Chef, you'll be responsible for culinary vision, execution, and success of the restaurant, including:

• Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing culinary team
• Creating memorable specials, daily features, and seasonal offerings that showcase creativity and fine dining excellence
• Ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation across every plate
• Managing food and kitchen costs while maintaining the highest standards
• Overseeing inventory, purchasing, and waste reduction initiatives
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and fully compliant kitchen environment
• Driving operational excellence during service while fostering a positive team culture
• Coordinating special events, private dining experiences, banquets, and catering functions
• Training and coaching team members on culinary techniques, food safety, and service standards
• Continuously seeking opportunities to enhance the guest experience and strengthen the Station 45 brand

What We're Looking For

• Proven Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or senior culinary leadership experience in an upscale or fine dining environment
• Deep knowledge of steakhouse cuisine, modern cooking techniques, and menus
• Strong business acumen with experience managing food costs, budgets, and inventory controls
• Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing teams
• Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen operations
• Experience with banquets, catering, or large-scale events is highly valued
• Ability to perform and lead under pressure in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
• A creative mindset combined with a commitment to consistency and execution
