About the Role:

The Warehouse Employee PM plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of inventory and materials during the afternoon and evening shifts. This position is responsible for supporting warehouse operations by receiving, storing, and distributing products in a timely manner to meet company and customer demands. The role requires close collaboration with team members and supervisors to maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment. The Warehouse Employee PM contributes to inventory accuracy by performing regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies. Ultimately, this position helps maintain the seamless flow of goods through the warehouse, directly impacting overall operational success and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Basic math and reading skills to accurately process orders and inventory.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred but not required.
• Availability to work afternoon and evening shifts as scheduled.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse machinery.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer skills including data entry and use of handheld scanning devices.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Organize and store inventory in designated locations following safety and company guidelines.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with attention to detail and timeliness.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report any discrepancies or damages to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse work area to ensure safety compliance.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to support shift goals and resolve issues.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations during all warehouse activities.
