Role: Senior Talent Acquisition Partner specializing in biopharmaceutical industry recruitment, focusing on sourcing and attracting qualified candidates for Neurocrine Biosciences' diverse pipeline and therapeutic areas. Responsibilities: develop and execute strategic sourcing plans, partner with hiring managers to define skill needs, build talent pipelines, conduct candidate assessments, facilitate interviews, and support offer negotiations.
