Oversees the processes and procedures that appropriately support Cooper’s mission while upholding its brand, vision, values, and culture. Provides for smooth communication and issues resolution related to physician protocols, desired scheduling practices, and the overall relationship between the Access Center and the medical disciplines it serves.Experience RequiredMinimum of five years recent and progressive managerial experience in a clinical setting. Demonstrated competence in administration, education and clinical nursing practice.Demonstrates understanding of the social, political, and economic influences affecting health care programs.
