Media Buyer

Location: Clearwater, FL
Work Arrangement: In-Office

Zulay Kitchen is a fast-growing e-commerce brand selling across Amazon, DTC, TikTok Shop, and other marketplaces. We’re looking for a Media Buyer to help grow our paid advertising efforts through data-driven campaign management, testing, and optimization.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with performance data, understands how paid media and creative work together, and is comfortable making informed decisions based on campaign results.

What You'll Do

• Manage, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversion rates
• Scale campaigns and audiences that demonstrate strong performance
• Identify opportunities to improve or reduce spend on underperforming campaigns
• Develop and execute audience, creative, placement, messaging, and offer tests
• Analyze campaign data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Evaluate advertising creative and provide feedback on hooks, messaging, concepts, and performance
• Manage daily and monthly advertising budgets
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and drive profitable growth
• Monitor competitor advertising and relevant market trends
• Prepare regular performance reports and communicate key insights to leadership
• Stay current on changes and developments within paid media platforms
• Test new strategies, audiences, creative approaches, and advertising opportunities
• Contribute to the development of Zulay Kitchen's overall paid media strategy

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on paid media or media buying experience
• Strong experience managing campaigns through Meta Ads Manager
• Experience with e-commerce or DTC advertising preferred
• TikTok Ads experience preferred
• Google Ads experience is a plus
• Experience managing and optimizing advertising budgets
• Strong understanding of performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPM, CVR, and attribution
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret campaign data and make data-informed decisions
• Understanding of the relationship between advertising creative and campaign performance
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Willingness to test, learn, adapt, and continuously improve
