Overview As a Little Caesars Crew Member, you'll be an essential part of our team, contributing to the success of our fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure our customers receive exceptional service while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic team setting and develop valuable skills in customer service, food preparation, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Customer Service Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously. Food Preparation Prepare and assemble food items according to Little Caesars' standards and recipes. Maintain proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety. Follow inventory management procedures to minimize waste and ensure product availability. Operational Support Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and sanitizing workstations, equipment, and dining areas. Follow established procedures for cash handling and maintain accurate transaction records. Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth flow of operations during peak hours. Teamwork and Collaboration Work cooperatively with team members to achieve common goals and deliver excellent service. Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations. Support a positive work environment by demonstrating professionalism, respect, and a willingness to help others. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Prior experience in customer service or food service is a plus, but not required. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Willingness to learn and be a proactive team player. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
