The ideal candidate will reside in Birmingham. Your responsibilities will include:Develop monthly and quarterly strategic plans designed to achieve or exceed revenue targetsPossess anddemonstrateclinical excellence in applicable disease statesBuild andmaintainstrong customer relationships through regular site visits, product demonstrations, education, in-servicing, and procedural supportCultivate connections with a diverse range of stakeholders including physicians, nurses, technicians, materials management, hospital administrators, and infection control personnelIdentifyand pursue new business opportunities that reflect the company’s vision and prioritiesServe as a trusted clinical and commercial resource for physicians and staff through training, education, and support Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Boston Scientific products, programs, and competitive landscapeManage expense and promotional budgets in compliance with company guidelines whilemaintainingaccuratedocumentation of sales activities, customer interactions, and expense reportingUphold all quality policies consistently and completely within the sales organizationDemonstrate a primary commitment to patient safety and product qualityEnsure 100% compliance with all applicable regulations and Boston Scientific corporate policies and proceduresRequired qualifications:Bachelor’s degreeMinimum of 3 years' experience in B2B sales, or a minimum of 1 year of experience as an Associate Territory Manager (ATM) within BSC Endoscopy, with approval from theappropriate leadershiplevelsDemonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced, matrixed, andmetrics-driven sales environmentExperience managing a full-cycle sales process from prospecting through close Strong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to travel regularly and transport inventory / equipment to various locations within the assigned territoryAbility to travel occasionally for training and regional or national sales meetingsPreferred qualifications:Minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B salesProficiencywith Salesforce orasimilar CRM toolDocumentedtrack recordof sales success and achievement of sales quotasExperience in the medical device or healthcare industryPrevioussales leadershipexperienceValid US driver's licenseRequisition ID: Initial minimum compensation for this positionis anticipated tostart at$144,160 inclusive of annualized base salary, certain guarantees, and other non-discretionary performance-based incentives.
