Strategic Program Manager – Oracle ERP & M&A Hybrid | Contract-to-Hire | W2 Only $80-85/hr - REMOTE / USA - CST timezone preferred!! Join a global technology leader driving enterprise transformation through mergers and acquisitions. We're seeking a strategic Program Manager to lead complex Oracle ERP integration programs supporting M&A initiatives. This role requires someone who can think at the executive level while also rolling up their sleeves to drive delivery across multiple workstreams. Strategic Program Manager - What You'll Do Lead enterprise Oracle ERP integration programs following acquisitions Drive cross-functional initiatives spanning Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT Build program roadmaps, manage dependencies, risks, budgets, and executive communications Partner with business and technology leaders to align priorities and remove roadblocks Balance strategic planning with hands-on program execution Strategic Program Manager - What We're Looking For 8-15+ years leading complex IT programs Oracle ERP program or large-scale ERP transformation experience Proven success managing enterprise-wide, cross-functional initiatives Executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership Strong program governance, stakeholder management, and risk management skills Agile experience with Jira and Confluence Why This Opportunity?
