To join us, you should hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited program, along with a state license as a Physical Therapist. Although CPR certification is preferred, specialized certifications in areas such as neurology or geriatrics are welcomed but not mandatory. Previous experience in a similar role is strongly favored, as is the capacity to treat patients with intricate medical and movement challenges. Your strong communication and teamwork skills, along with comfort using digital charting and clinical documentation systems, will be key in this role.
