Accounting Manager — Luxury Hotel Finance Lead

Delano Miami Beach is seeking an Accounting Manager to join our reopening team. You will oversee financial activities, safeguard assets, and prepare GAAP-compliant reports while supporting the Finance Department’s compliance and accuracy. You will lead staff scheduling, assist in monthly balance sheet reconciliations, and play a key role in improving internal controls.
