Job Summary:
Cleveland, Ohio The organization is seeking a qualified Intensive Care Unit Neurological (ICU Neuro) healthcare professional for a neuroscience ICU position. The selected candidate will provide specialized critical care to patients with neurological conditions, including acute stroke, subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH), seizures, and post-surgical monitoring requiring invasive intracranial pressure monitoring, neurological assessments, and hemodynamic monitoring. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Shift: Days, 12-hour shifts
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36.0 hours
• Start Date: 08/10/2026
• Required Qualifications: Valid healthcare professional license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification, experience in intensive care units or neurological critical care, and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with invasive intracranial pressure monitoring, neurological assessments, and working in a specialty ICU.
• Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The unit is a 19-bed Neurosurgical Intensive Care Unit caring for acute neurological patients. Staff may need to float to other ICUs or step-down units as required. This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong assessment skills and the ability to respond promptly to neurological changes.
