Campaign Manager

Job Description Overview: We are seeking a Paid Campaign Manager to own and optimize high-budget digital campaigns focused on lead generation and conversions. This role will manage performance across multiple paid channels and drive measurable ROI through strategic execution and continuous optimization. Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end paid media campaigns across multiple social media platforms, and native platforms like Taboola and Outbrain • Develop and execute strategies focused on lead generation, paid conversions, and direct response funnels • Oversee large monthly budgets with strong pacing, forecasting, and ROI management • Optimize campaigns based on KPIs including CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, and lead quality • Conduct A/B testing across creatives, targeting, bidding strategies, and landing pages • Ensure proper tracking and attribution through GA4, GTM, and CRM integrations • Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights and reporting to stakeholders • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop and scale high-performing assets • Identify new growth opportunities across platforms, audiences, and campaign strategies Qualifications: • 3–7+ years of experience in paid media or performance marketing • Experience managing $50K+ monthly budgets • Hands-on experience across paid social, paid search, native, and programmatic channels • Strong focus on lead generation and conversion optimization • Experience with GA4, GTM, and campaign tracking tools • Strong analytical, testing, and optimization skills • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work independently • Experience in politics, health, or finance industries is a plus • Experience with subscription funnels, CRO, and landing page optimization is a plus
