Location: Nursing and Rehab at the Mansion – Sunbury, PA

Nursing and Rehab at the Mansion is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality rehabilitation services at our skilled nursing facility in Sunbury, PA. This flexible, as-needed role is ideal for a dedicated clinician who wants to make a meaningful impact while maintaining schedule flexibility.

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services within your scope of practice
• Participate in evaluations and assist in developing personalized treatment plans
• Implement targeted interventions that support mobility, strength, and functional independence
• Document care accurately and communicate resident progress with the interdisciplinary team

What You'll Bring:

• Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Physical Therapist
• BLS certification
• Excellent clinical judgment and a resident-centered mindset
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
