Concrete Laborer: On-the-Job Training to Foreman

Gioia Concrete Construction, Inc. is seeking a motivated Laborer to join our Columbus, Ohio team. You will perform general construction labor on concrete projects, assist with pouring, and follow safety guidelines to ensure a productive, safe job site. Candidates should be able to lift 50 lbs, work overtime as needed, and participate in on-the-job training with opportunities to advance to Finisher, Carpenter, or Foreman roles.
