What You'll Do

Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout the service process -- from write-up to delivery

Translate technical repair information into clear, confident communication that earns trust and sets accurate expectations

Build precise estimates, commit to realistic timelines, and follow through on every promise made to the guest

Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep repair workflows moving efficiently and on schedule

Identify and present additional service recommendations that protect guest safety and vehicle performance

Deliver a white-glove pickup and delivery experience consistent with the Land Rover brand standard

Maintain accurate records in the DMS and uphold all documentation and compliance standards

Represent Land Rover Redwood City with the professionalism and genuine hospitality the brand and its guests expect

What We're Looking For

Experience in sales, hospitality, or a guest-facing role -- required. This is the foundation we hire for and it is non-negotiable

Automotive service advisor experience preferred -- candidates from luxury hospitality, high-end retail, and other professional client-facing backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply

Polished, professional communicator -- Land Rover guests are discerning and they expect an advisor who matches their standard

Highly organized with strong attention to detail -- accurate estimates, realistic timelines, and disciplined follow-through are non-negotiable

Self-motivated with a genuine drive to serve people well and grow your earnings

Comfortable learning DMS platforms and Land Rover service processes -- we'll train you on the brand

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

A genuine hospitality mindset -- every guest interaction reflects the Land Rover standard and you take that seriously
