Ensure the highest quality golf experience is had by all members and guests while on property.Job Summary (Essential Functions):Serves as a representative of the Club, displaying courtesy, professionalism, consideration, and discretion in all interactions with other staff, management, members, and guestsGreet and assist all members and member guests in a friendly, proactive mannerAssist members and guests as they approach the bag storage areaMonitor staging and valet area for new arrivalsBring carts from cart shelter to cart staging area outside Golf ShopPrepare carts for the day with great attention to detailRemove bags from Bag Storage Room and load onto cartsRemove bags from carts, clean golf clubs, and return bags to assigned rack in Bag Storage RoomTournament preparationGreet and provide service to all members and member guests at the driving rangeAssist with various departmental needs as requested (i.e. carts, range picking, valet)Provide valet service for Sharon Heights Golf & Country ClubFollow all rules, policies, and procedures set forth by Sharon Heights Golf & Country Club managementMonitor and maintain cleanliness and ball level of practice facilityDevelop and maintain familiarity with member information and preferencesOther duties as assignedQualifications:Valid driver's license required1+ year(s) of golf course experience strongly preferredKnowledge of driving range operationsExceptional customer service skillsExceptional attention to detailAvailability to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysPhysical Requirements & Work Environment:Ability to sit/stand for extended periods of timeAbility to bend, kneel, and squatAbility to push, pull, and lift 50lbsAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsSharon Heights Golf & Country Club is an Equal Opportunity EmployerSharon Heights Golf & Country Club is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
