Senior Accountant
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 depending on experience
Position Summary
This role supports key accounting and operational processes related to the Order-to-Cash cycle. The Senior Accountant will partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes, support cash flow initiatives, analyze account activity, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities

Support accounts receivable, collections, billing, cash application, and account reconciliation activities.
Analyze financial data and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Assist with month-end close, reporting, and account analysis.
Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve customer account and payment-related issues.
Support system, reporting, and operational improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
7+ years of accounting, finance, or related experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
