Field RecruiterLarge Healthcare organization is seeking a Recruiter to join their team. This position will be part of a large corporate team and have interaction with executives within the organization. This person will be recruiting for hands-on, center-level operational and medical personnel who work directly on-site within medical facilities. The right candidate must have expert level experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.This is a contract position with potential to go permanent in Charlotte NC with an hourly pay rate of $40 - 43 /hr. based on experience with excellent benefits. This is a full onsite positionESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Provides managers and supervisors with assistance in the coordination and selection of talent in the recruitment process.Assists Recruiting Manager in establishing recruiting requirements; meets with managers to discuss needs.Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media and internet sites.Assists in the development of new recruitment programs, such as employee referral program, behavioral-based interviewing, PI profiles, etc.Determines applicants' qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses and comparing qualifications to job requirements.Makes offers of employment; coordinates background checks, drug screens, reference checks and license verifications.Responsible for all administrative functions of recruitment including, but not limited to, creating requisitions and managing job postings.Creates and maintains various reports, as needed, including monthly recruiting update, time-to-fill, etc.Assists Recruiting Manager in the development and communication of recruiting policies and procedures.Ensures fairness, efficiency, consistency, legal compliance and cost effectiveness in hiring decisions and compliance with company policies and procedures.JOB SPECIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree highly preferred; additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree.Two (2) years experience as a Recruiter; five (5) or more years preferred.Experience recruiting hands-on, center-level operational and medical personnel who work directly on-site within medical facilities.Experience working with placement of field staff in areas such as LPN's, RN's, Paramedics, EMT's, Phlebotomists and laboratory managers a big plusPrevious experience should demonstrate knowledge of standard HR concepts, practices and procedures.Requires excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated leadership skills, customer service focus, self-motivation and ability to perform multiple tasks with minimum supervision.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and respond to problems creatively.May require travel to assist field locations with recruitment Basic computer skillsKey Skills / Words: (at least 6)Recruiting Recruiter Staffing Human Resources HR Medical
