Senior Technology Consultant

About The Role Lead complex technology consulting engagements and serve as a trusted advisor to clients. You'll architect solutions, guide implementations, and mentor team members while driving business value through technology. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end technology consulting engagements Architect enterprise technology solutions aligned with business objectives Serve as subject matter expert in specific technology domains Manage client relationships at senior stakeholder levels Guide technical teams through complex implementations Develop proposals and statements of work for new engagements Mentor consultants and build team capabilities Contribute to practice development and thought leadership Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 5+ years of technology consulting or implementation experience Deep expertise in enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, or similar platforms) Strong client management and presentation skills Experience leading teams and managing complex projects Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Excellent communication skills with both technical and business audiences Relevant certifications preferred (PMP, cloud certifications, etc.) What We Offer Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Professional development and certification support Flexible work arrangements (hybrid/remote options) Generous PTO and work-life balance support Leadership development opportunities Equity participation for senior roles #J-18808-Ljbffr
