We're looking for experienced, personable servers who take pride in their work, enjoy connecting with guests, and understand the importance of consistent, attentive service.

The Server is responsible for providing warm, knowledgeable, and efficient food and beverage service while maintaining Anelya's standards of hospitality. This role requires strong menu knowledge, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to create a welcoming and memorable guest experience.

• Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service throughout their dining experience.

• Develop thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparations, daily specials, pricing, and beverage offerings.

• Confidently guide guests through food and beverage selections, including wine recommendations and proper wine service.

• Accurately take and enter orders, communicate dietary restrictions and special requests, and coordinate with the kitchen and bar.

• Follow established steps of service, including pacing, order accuracy, table maintenance, and timely check presentation.

• Check food for accuracy and presentation before serving, and anticipate guest needs throughout the meal.

• Handle payments accurately using the POS system and follow cash-handling procedures.

• Address guest concerns professionally and involve management when appropriate.

• Maintain clean, organized dining and service areas, including opening and closing duties.

• Follow responsible alcohol service, food safety, sanitation, and restaurant policies.

• Support teammates and assist with other service responsibilities as needed.

• 2–4 years of serving experience in an upscale, full-service restaurant preferred.

• Strong food, wine, and cocktail knowledge, with an interest in continued learning.

• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.

• Warm, engaging personality with a genuine interest in hospitality.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain composed during busy service.

• Reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working collaboratively.

• Good judgment and ability to resolve guest concerns thoughtfully.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, carry trays and service items.

• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
