Batch Maker

Batch MakerWe are seeking a dependable Batch Maker to join our production team. In this role, you will follow formulas and production instructions to prepare batches for packaging while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards.ResponsibilitiesFollow formulas and recipes using iPads and scanners.Set up and operate blending and batch-processing equipment.Accurately measure, handle, and load ingredients into production equipment.Monitor ingredient and product quality, reporting any issues.Complete production documentation accurately.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Follow all safety, GMP, and food safety procedures.QualificationsAbility to follow detailed instructions and work accurately.Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.Good communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work varying shifts and schedules.Experience with pallet jacks or material handling equipment is a plus.Food manufacturing experience and food safety knowledge are preferred.Physical RequirementsLift and carry up to 60 lbs.Stand and walk for extended periods.Frequent bending, lifting, twisting, and climbing stairs.If you're a motivated individual who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you!
