Senior Counsel, US Licensed

To support enterprise-wide global legal strategy, the remote Senior Counsel, US Licensed will provide strategic legal counsel on international expansion, global privacy, and product regulatory law while collaborating cross-functionally to facilitate compliant market entry and product launches. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic legal counsel on international expansion and compliance for operations in new and existing jurisdictions Advise on global privacy and data protection requirements, including cross-border data transfers and localized compliance Operationalize multi-jurisdictional launches and support responses to regulatory inquiries and enforcement matters Required Qualifications 7+ years of relevant legal experience, particularly in international expansion and global privacy or product regulatory matters Juris Doctor (J.D.) and good standing with at least one U.S. state bar or international equivalent Strong knowledge of global privacy frameworks and familiarity with international consumer and marketing law Experience in building scalable legal processes and managing outside counsel across regions Demonstrated ability to counsel cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment Virtual Vocations Inc
