What the day will look like Focusof this dual role:Lead a team of client delivery colleagues andserve as a lead consultant or account executive on a portfolio of clients. Lead a team ofhealth & benefitsconsultants Developand own the business plan for theHealthbusiness Lead and support the team in serving clients and growing the business Manage overallperformance, retention and profitability of client relationships in your market Partner with sales professionals todevelop and sell new client relationships Serve as the face to the market, including clients,prospects,vendors and professional organizations in and around DMV Lead the team, fostering a culture of excellence andcollaboration in service of clients Serveas strategic resourceforall ofthe clients in your market Lead benefitsstrategy, design and pricing fora portfolio of clients,including all areas of health & welfare programs Provide client leadershipfocused on business objectives Lead clientrelationshipsto measurable results Oversee vendor negotiations and provide technical coaching to other team members Skills and experience that will lead to success Bachelor's degree in relevant field 10+ years Health and Benefits background Consulting experience (10+ years) Client facing experience at a consulting company, insurance company, brokerage or in the Health and Benefits discipline. Complex project management experience Broad business knowledge/perspective Team building skills Business development experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools Active Health & Life license Project Management, Risk Management, Solutions Design, Benefits Administration, Workforce Strategy, Consulting, Customer Engagement, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Data Analysis, Data Management, Meeting Facilitation Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience. Pay Transparency Laws: Thesalary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $150,000 to $196,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Washington, DC. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
